AutoEnroll
Automatically add users as needed for send fax requests: When an email is
received from an address that does not have an account, automatically create
an account and allow the fax to send. See 2.4.7 Autoenroll for more details.
2.9.3.2.7 Email Delivery
These settings control how the Email Gateway sends email. This includes deliv-
ery reports as well as inbound faxes.
Email Address: The “From” address for outbound email. Do not use the fax
server’s POP3 address.
Email Display Name: The sender’s “friendly name” for outbound email.
SMTP Mail Server
Server Name: The domain name or IP address of the mail server.
Port: The port to connect to on the mail server. Typically 25 for regular
SMTP or 587 for TLS.
Connection Security: Check this box if your mail server requires TLS.
Authentication
Mail server requires authentication: Check this box if your mail server re-
quires a user name and password in order to send email. If your mail server
