module to host the NET SatisFAXtion server or Fax Machine Integration Server. FXS ports are              

normallyusedforDID(WinkStart)trunksonly.

● Mediant 2000: 1, 2, 4, and 8span T1/PRI cPCI blades. 1U rack gateway supports 2 blades               

(maximum16T1/PRIspans).

● Mediant 3000: 1, 2, or 3 DS3 cPCI blades. 4U rack gateway supports 2 redundant blades               

(maximum84T1/PRIspans).


