Export Received Faxes: To export received faxes, check the Export Received Faxes checkbox and enter a               

pathtothefolder.Youcanclickthe[…]boxontherightsidetobrowseforafolder.



File Name Fields: The filename used for the exported faxes can be customized by entering variable               

names here. The variable names must be within $( and ) characters. The line directly below gives a                 

sample of what the file name will look like. The file name will always end with a unique identifier to avoid                    

collisions(thiscannotbechanged).



It is possible to export to subdirectories based on the fax parameters by including backslashes in the file                 

name. For example, $(user_name)\$(start_time:yyyMMdd_hhmmss) will export to      

USERNAME\datetime_uniqueid.tif.



One file per page: This option will split a received fax into one file per page. The page number will be                    

appendedtothefilenamebetweentheuniqueidandtheextension.OnlyTIFFscanbesplitinthisway.
